Before embarking on a writing career, Frank was an actor in New York and Los Angeles for many years.  He studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, appeared in over 30 plays, a couple of independent films that never even made it to video and co-founded the No-Pants Theatre Company.  But being an out-of-work actor in L.A. is somewhat similar to being a wad of gum on the bottom of society's shoe, so Frank decided to finish college--with honors, thank you very much--and devote himself to a career that doesn't entail standing in front of strangers and begging for a job with a tired, 2 minute monologue.  To date, Frank has written for his college paper (see "rants"), published a short story--Corpus Magnus--and an essay on immigration in American Identity magazine.
